Artist's statement

Although my primary medium is ceramics, I consider myself a painter first. Through brushwork, I feel in harmony with nature. Like a speck in the landscape of a classical Chinese painting, I am infinitely small, yet essential in nature. Interweaving different strands from different cultures and countries, my art reflects the multicolored pattern of my life.
